To meet their responsible lending responsibilities, all lenders will ensure your guarantor knows exactly what is going on with the loan by sending copies of all paperwork to your guarantor, including
- The loan agreement.
- Monthly statements after the loan has been paid out so that they know how you are getting on with the repayments.
- If the loan were to fall into arrears, they may also send letters to make sure the guarantor is aware.
